Streetsboro is set to enhance its City Center with exciting new additions that promise fun, safety, and community spirit. The city will soon open a rocket-themed inclusive playground next to the recently built splash pad. This playground will feature a non-slip rubber base, ensuring safety for children of all abilities. Alongside this, City Council has approved a contract with Levelheads to design a new gazebo for the City Center Gateway Green, which will create a welcoming space for small gatherings and concerts in the park.

A Playground Designed for Everyone
The upcoming playground in Streetsboro is not just any playground. It is designed with inclusivity at its core, making sure children with different abilities can play together. The rocket theme ties in beautifully with the splash pad nearby, creating a cohesive play area. The new playground will open later this year, offering a fresh, safe, and exciting space for families in Streetsboro to enjoy.
The New Gazebo on the Gateway Green
In addition to the playground, Streetsboro’s City Council recently passed an ordinance to enter into a contract with Levelheads to design a new gazebo at the City Center Gateway Green. This structure will serve as a focal point for community events, casual gatherings, and outdoor relaxation.
